Greg Everett is a USA Weightlifting Senior Coach, NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, RKC Kettlebell Instructor, Level III CrossFit Trainer, and CSUH Certified Personal Trainer. Everett is a co-founder of the athletic performance journal, The Performance Menu, and author of "the best book available on Olympic weightlifting", Olympic Weightlifting: A Complete Guide for Athletes & Coaches. Greg is the head coach of the Catalyst Athletics weightlifting program and director of training at Catalyst Athletics, overseeing and programming for all classes. He is available for private training in weightlifting.

Aimee Everett is USA Weightlifting Club Coach, Level 1 CrossFit trainer, national champion weightlifter, and is experienced in training individuals in a wide spectrum of pursuits, from athletics to fitness. Aimee is the assistant coach of the Catalyst Athletics weightlifting program and instructs fitness classes. She is available for private training in weightlifting, strength & conditioning, and fitness.

Steve Pan was a 3-year team captain for varsity high school wrestling, is a national-level competitive weightlifter, studied Nutrition at CSU Chico, and has several years of strength & conditioning experience. He is available for private training in weightlifting, strength & conditioning, and fitness.

Phil Dao is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. He holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from San Jose State University and has completed a variety of sports performance internships, such as with the Oakland Raiders of the NFL and Santa Clara University Men's and Women's Basketball, and has experience working with a wide range of clients from high level athletes to youths and teens. Phil is available for private training in strength and conditioning, weight loss and athletic performance.

Alyssa is an AFPA certified personal trainer, has a B.S in Kinesiology from San Jose State University and is a level I TRX suspension training specialist. Alyssa played 4 years of college softball and is available for private training in fitness and athletic performance.

Jolie Gentry holds a BS from CSU San Francisco, is a CrossFit Level II trainer and CrossFit Inc staff instructor, certified Pilates instructor, and ACE certified personal trainer. She was the winner of the 2007 Crossfit Games, took 5th place 200 and 7th place 2009; she played collegiate volleyball, was a competitive triathlete, and an avid rockclimber.
Jolie is available for private training in fitness and weightlifting.

David Ballon is an NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. He played collegiate baseball at Loyola Marymount and California Lutheran University where he studied kinesiology. He has been a national level competitive powerlifter and natural bodybuilder. He has over a decade of experience as a strength coach and has specialized in athletic performance enhancement and physique transformation. David has worked with a wide variety of clients from professional and collegiate athletes to those seeking improved general fitness.
David is available for private training in sports performance, fitness and powerlifting.
