  We offer private training, classes, and training as a part of our weightlifting team.


Drop-In Weightlifting Classes

We offer a weekly weightlifting class open to both members and non-members and available on a drop-in basis. These classes are technique oriented, but will also involve some tough training. Find the class schedule on the training schedule page.



Non-Competitive Training

We offer training for non-weightlifters (i.e. individuals who are not interested in being competitive weightlifters on our team) on a membership basis. Find the schedule on the training schedule page.



Private Training

Private training for Olympic weightlifting works just as any other personal training does. You can schedule single sessions or schedule and pay for a series at a discount per session. Your coach will train you according to your specific needs and goals.



Catalyst Athletics Weightlifting Team

Our weightlifting team training is for competitive weightlifters exclusively.

To be eligible for team training, individuals with little or no prior experience with the Olympic lifts will be required to start with classes or private training sessions until a base level of technical proficiency is achieved.

We offer sponsorships for promising lifters. Please contact us for more information.



We offer private training, group and team training, and training as a part of our Olympic weightlifting team for men and women of all ages and experience levels.



Our small group fitness training utilizes a spectrum of effective methods drawn from many fitness and athletic disciplines and focuses on function, health and fun.



Catalyst Athletics offers personal training for all types of clients with all kinds of goals, whether general fitness or sport and goal-specific strength & conditioning.



We offer private and team strength & conditioning services to athletes and teams of all sports and disciplines, using a range of effective methods and tools.
